followa:
1. To pay all taxes, a~sesamente, or impositions that may be
legall~r levied or imposed upon said land subsequent to the 31 st day
of December, 1969. ~
2. To maintain in a atate ~ good repair the building situate .
~ upon the above describ~ed property and- to suffer no waste or impair-
ment of th~ same, reasonable wear a~d tear of the same only
excepted. - ~
3. To allow n~ liens to be pl.aced on the above described
praperty for materials furnished, or labor performed thereon, and
if such liens are ~o placed, the same may be paid by the parties of
~ the ~irst part and each auch payment, plus interest -thereon at 9~ per
arnium, shall be added to the unpaid balance af this Agreement.. To
promptly~ pay for alllabor performed and materials furnished upon the

f 4. . To pay a reasonable attorney's fee and all Court costs should

the partiee af the first part be forced to take legal action to enforce
the provisions hereof, or should the partiea of the second part breach
this Agreement and re~fuse to quit the premises, maldng it necessary .
to brin~ eviction proceedings against ium, or ahould the paraes of the
first part be required to foreclose this Agreement or otherwise bring
{ legal action hereunder.
~ 5. To promptly pay each and every installment hereunder as the
