Toget~er with all buildings, improverttents, fixtures or appurtenanoes now or_ hereaffer erected there-
~ on or placed therein, including all apparatus, equipment, fixfures or articles, whether in single units or cen-
trolly controlled, used.to suppty heat, gas, air aonditioning, water, ~ight, power, refrigeration, ventiliation or
other services, and any other thing now or hereafter therein-or ihereon, the furnishing of which by lessors
