betWeen CBNTRAL BANR AND TRUST COMPANY, of Miami, Florida, a
corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of
Florida and dt~ly authori~ed to accept and execute trusts within
the State of Florida, not personallq, but as Trustee under the
provisions of a deed or deeds in trust duly recorded and deliver-
ed ~o said Trust Company in pursuance of a certain Trust Agree-.
ment, dated the 3rd day of July, 1957, and known as Trust Number -

good and valuable consideration in hand paid, does hereby grant,
seli and convey unto said party of the second part, the following
described real estate, situ$ted in St. Lucie County, Florida, to

TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest
of the grantee in and to the afc~resaid 83 feet
excepted from the above Iegal description in ac-
cordance with that-certain grant of easement from
the. City of Fort Pierce, a municipal corporatfon
of the State of Florida, to the Central Bank and
Trust Company of Miami, Florida, dated October 7,
1963 and recorded in O.R. Book 85, Page 576 pub-
. lic records of St. Lucie County, Florida; ~
together with the tenements and appurtenances thereunto belonging.
