IN A~DITION TO THE COVENANTS HEREINAFTER SET OUT THE MORTGACsEE AND MORTGAGORS
COVENANT AND AGREE THA7:
(1) The MORTGAGOR he~ein shall make within~ days of the due dafe, the pnyments cailed
for in the ~-8t mortgage now encumbering this properry, b the MORTGAGEE herein at
- their office or some other place as designated by the MORTGAGEE herein.
- (2) The MORTGAGOR herein shalf pay within 30 days of the due date all pertinent charges for fire and
windsbrm insurance, all- ad vebrem aty and/or oouMy taxes, eny special improvement assessments and sny
other special govemmental : assessments or charges.
f (3) If the MORTGAGOR herein do not make the pey-ments on the 18t _ mortgage , the fire and
~ windstorr~ insurance premiums and governmentel faxes or special assessments as they oome due, as well as
€ the payments called for in this mongage deed, tfien the MORTGAGEE herein can at itheir
~ option make these payments, adding said payments made to the balance due hereunder. If any one or all of
~ the aforesaid paymenis remain unpaid for a period of 7 days or more, then the MORTGAGEf can ar their

~ (6) The MORTGAGOR herein will be at the request of the MORTGAGEE herein adcnowledge, in writing, ~

pose by the MORTGAGEE .
~ (7') Failure on the part of tfie MORTGAGOR to comply with, perform, or abide by any of the agreements,
~ stipulations, conditions and oovanants es se~t forth above in sectiona 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, empowers. the MORT-
~ GAGEE herein, at his option, to dectare the sntire balanoe due hereunder, to be due and payable at onos
without notioe. Failure of ihe MORTGAGEE herein b exercise this option at any time ~all not oonstituro a
waiver of the right to exercise thi: option at sorr~e later time.
. (8) The MORTGAGOR further agres that this mortqaye oonstitutes the entire c~nirotf betwean the par-
ties hereto, that they havs read the provisions of thi: mortgage and the note it securos and that H~ey are aware -
of their right to have iheir own atto~nay examine ssid rtart~age toQether with the ssid note it ~cur~ and
