WITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part, for and in consid~ration
of the sum of ~1.00 and other valuable coasiderations to her in hand paid by the
party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has graoted,
bargained and sold,and by these presents does grant, bargain, aad sell to the said ~
