WITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration
of the aum of ~1.00 and other valuable considerations to it in haad paid by the party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bar-
gained and sold, and by these presents does grant, bargain, and se~l to the said
party of the second part, its successors and assigns, a perpetual easement and
