THI3 INDENTURE, msde thia the day ot Juns , 1970, betweea
VACHON CITRU3 CQMPANY, a Florida'corporation, having its principal place oi
bneiness at Fort Pierce, Florida, party oi the tiret part, and NORTH ST. LUCIE
RNER DRAINAGE DISTItICT, a corporation orgauized under the Drainage Lawe
of the State of Florida, whose mailing addrese is Rt. 4, Bo~c 611-A, Fort Pierce,
Florida, party of the secoad part:
WITNESSETH: That the eaid party of the first part, for and in consideration ~
oi the sum of ~1.00 aad other valuable consirlerationa to it in hand paid by the party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bar-
gained and sold, and by these presents does grant, bargain, and sell to the said
party of the aecond part, its succ~ssors and assigna, a pe~petual easement and
right-af-way over, upon and across the following described land, lying and being
in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: ~ `
That part of the NE; of the NE~ of 5ection 32, Township 35 South, .
Range 39 Ea~t lying North of the centerline of Ten Mile Creek and
South of a line 100 feet northerly of and parallel to the following ~
described baseline: -
Beginning in the center of a bridge over Ten Mile Creek at a point
on the East line of Section 32, Township 35 South, Range 39 East;
said ~oint being in centerline of McCarty Road, 1100. 22 feet South
of the Northeaat corner of the aforesaid Section 32; thence run Weat
~ 210. 21 feet; thence North 56°50' Vilest 686. 89 feet; thence North
84~18' West 641.11 feet; thence North 89°17' Weat 167. 84 feet;
thence South ?4°21' West 357. 53 feet; thence South 89°51' West
497. 38 feet; thence North 86°18' .West 977. 69 feet, more or less,
to a point in the centerline of a bridge over Ten Mile Creek; said
point being also the centerline of State Road No. 70 (Okeechobee ~
Road); ~ LESS and excepting from said parcel all road right of ways

AND that part of the NE4 of the NW~ of Section 32, Township 35
South; Range 39 East lying within 90 feet each side of (as measured
at right angles thereto) and parallel to the above described baseline.
This deed is made for the purpose of giving and ~ranting to the party of the
second part, its successore,. legal represeutatives and assigns, a right- of-way
and perpetual easement in and to said lands for the use :by men and equipment
of second party in maintaining the channel of Ten Mile Cree1~ (Canal 71) and for
further use as an area on which to deposit spoil removed from said channel.
