I, Margaret E. Lins, Trustae for Mar~aret B. Lins, of
Washington County, Naryland, for valuabZe conaideration received,
~ do hereby grant, assign, transfer and set over unto Margaret E.
Lins, individually, that a~ortgage dated April 15, 1965, made by
Harold M. Gregorie and Edith Gregoria, his wife,- in favor of -
Everett W. Lins and Margaret B. Lins,, his wife, auid recorded
in-Official Record Book 116, page 198 among the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, the real property thereunder being more
particularly described in said mortpage deed. Said mort~age was
thereafter assigned by Everett W. Lins and Margaret B. Lins to'
Everett W. Lins as sole owner by instrument of assignment dated
May 11, 1965 and heretofore recorded in Official Reco~d Book 118,
~ page 76, and later assigned by Everett W. I•ir.s to Margaret E.
Lins, Trustee for Margaret B. Lins on February 13, 1969 and record d
in the Official Record Book at Liber 175, folio 2902.
Together ~ith the note.or obligation described in
said mortgage, and the n~neys due and ~o become due thereon, with
interest from the 15th day of April, 1965.
