If any one or all of the aforesaid payments remain unpaid for a period of 7 days or ~Y~ore, then the MORTGAGEE can at thei - option, without further notice declare the balance due under ihis mo~tgage due and payable in full st onoe • and fo~thwith plaoe the matter in the hands of an attorney for p~llection or enforcement. The pro- ceeds of the said refinartcing shall be applied against the unpaid balance due hereunder. (6) \The MORTGACOR herein will be at the request of the MORTGAGEE herein acknowledge, in writing, the dxistence of this mo~tgage and the amount still due thereon on a estoppel form provided for thia pur- pose by the MORTGAGEE . fn Failure on the pnrt of the MORTGAGOR to comply with, perform, or abide by any of the agreements, stipulations, conditions and oovenants as set forth above in sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, empowers the MORT GAGEE herein, at his option, to declare the entire bslanoe due hereunder, to be due and psyable at onoe ~ without notioe. Failure of the MORTGAGEE herein to exercise this option at any time shall not oonstitute a waiver of the r'ight to exercise .this option at some latar time.
