and Dorothea L. Neu, Husband and Wife, by iadernure of mortgage beari~g
date of October 10, 1946, and rec~orded in the Off~ce of the Clerk of the Circuit

Court in and f~ar the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in OfHcial Reoords
Book 61, at Page 455, bei~g, at the time of record, desigaated as St. Lucie

- WHEREAS, said mortgage and the note that it secures were given ~
and executed to secure the purchase price of the following described real -

per Plat Book 5 at Page 63 of the public reoords of St. Lucie
County, Florida, ~
