South, Ranqe 39 East, and the Northeasterly right-of-way of Canal - ~
C-24 run Northwesterly along said right-of-way 1019.0 feet to the
Point of Beginr~ing to the lands h~rein described. From said Point
of Beginning continue No~thwesterly along said right-of-way 1019.0
feet; thence turn and run West parallel with the South line of
Section 34 aforesaid 1770.36 feet, thenve turn and run Southeasterly~
parallel with the right-of-way of said Canal C-24 1019.0 feet. Thence
turn and run k'est parallel with the South line of said Section 34,
1770.36 feet to the Point of Beginning, subject to temporary easement
given by O. L. Peacock and wife to the Central-& Southern Florida '
Flood Control District, cor~taining 30.02 acres, more or less.
