- 9. Lessor warrants neither actna.llp or impliedly the quality of
products to be so2d by Lessee and Lessor a.grees to hold Les~or free
and ha,rmless from -a11 claims ma.de on behalf of any person for any -
wronyful act or omission on the part of the Lessee or his emplopees.

wholesale price. An inventory will be made by Lessee and Lessor at a
