4~.05 MORTGAGB SHALL SSCURE FU'l~TR$ ADiVANCSS. In addition to all
other indebtedness secured by the first lien of this mortqage, this
mortgaqe shall secure also and oonstitute a first lien on fihe mortqaqed
property for all future hdvances made by the "Lender" to the "Borrower"
for ~ny purpoae within five years fram the date hereof to the same ex-
tent as if such future advances were made on the date of the execution
of tlYis mortqage. Any such advancea may be made at the~option of the
"Lender" . T'he total amount- of the indebtedness ref~rred to in the first
sentence of this paragraph that may be aecu=ed by this mortgage may.~in-
crease or decrease from time to time, but the total unpaid balance of
such indebtedness secured at any one time by this mortqaqe ahall not ex-
ceed a maximum principal amount of twice the principal amount stated in
the promissory note secured by~this mortgaqe, plus interest thereon and
any disburse~aents made by "Lenderu for the payment of taxes, levies or
insurance on the property~encumbered by this mortgage, with interest on
auch disbursements.
