to, which may hereafter be placed upon the above described tand, which said ~atures, ma~inery, appliances arid
~ appurtenances the 4brtgagor wsrrants shall be tree [rom any encumbrances. retantion of title or other claims in
` favor of any other person and that this deed shalt be a first lien therean. .
~ TO NAVE AND TO HOLD all and singular the said property hereby conveyed, mortgaged, pledged or as-
signed by the Mortgagor, or intended so to be. unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple.
And the Mortgagor covenants with the Mortgagee, that the A~lortgagor has tull power and lawful right to ~
convey said land in fee simple as aforesaid; that it shall be lawful for the Mortsagee at ell times peaceably and
quietly to enter upon. hold, occupy and enjoy said land; that said land is free from a!! encumbrances except as ~ ~
may be herein described; that the Morigsgor will make such lurther assurances to perfect the fee simple title to
said land in the Mortsagee as•may reasonably be required; and that the Mort~agor hereby fully warrants the titla ~
