Judicial Circuit of Florida, in and for St. Lucie County, Florida,
lately pending, wherein D. H. FOSTER, PAUL J. I~RTSCH and JACK Y.
WILLIAMS, doing business as FOSTER, I~RTSf~i & i~TLLIAMS, a joint ven-
ture, were plaintiffs and THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF TI~ CITY OF FORT

final judgment was entered, dated the 19th day of Auqust, 1968,
