he has authority to execute and acknowledge this-General Release
on behalf of FOSTSR, KORTSCS & WILLIAMS, a joint venture, on behalf -
of PALTL J. K4RTSC~i and JACK Y. WILLIAMS, individually and, through
HAItOLD C. F~tSW+ORT$, Attorney for the Estate of D. H. FOSTER,
deceased, to execute and acknowledge this General Release on behalf
of said parties and the Estate of D. H. FOSTBR, deceased, and for
all of said parties to execute and acknowledge the foregoing
General Release.
