IL any installment be not promptly paid within ten (10} days
next after~thc same becomes due, then, at the option of the holder
hereo£, the full amount remaining due upon this note shalZ thereupon
• become clue and paydble at once, together with all other indebtedness~
stipulated in this note and in the mortgage given to secure the same.
The maker and endorser agrees to pay all costs of collection,
including a reasonable attarney's fee in case the principal of~this
note or any payment on the principal or any interest~thereon is nor
paid at the respective maturity thereof, or in case it beccimes
-necessary to protect the security hereof,_whether suit be Urought
or not. ~
This note and deferred interest payments sha11 bear interest at
the rate of seven per cent (7%) per annum from maturity until paid.
All or any part of this note may be prepaid at any time without
penalty or premium~ after January 1, 1971. .
