If any installment be not promptly paid within ten ~10) days
next after the same becomes due, then, at the option of the holder
hereof, Che full amount remaining due upon this note shall thereupon
become due and payable at once, together with all othez indebtedness ~
stipulated in this note and in the mortgage given to secure the same.
The maker and endorser agrees.to pay~all costs of collection, ~
including a reasonable_attorney's fee in case the principal of this
note or any payment on the principal or any interest thereon is not
paid at the respective maturity thereof, or in case it becomes
necessary to protect Che security hereo~, whether suit be brought ~

This note and deferred interest payments shall bear interest at
the rate of seven per cent (7%) per annum from maturity until paic!.
All or any part of this note may be prepaid at any time cvithaut
penalty or premium, after January 1, 1971.
