1. That he will pay tbe indebtedness, as hereinbefore provided. Privilege is resexved to prepaq st any time,

2. In order more fully to protect the security of this mortgage, the Mortga~or, together with, and in addi-
tion to, the monthlp payments under ~he ternis of the note secnred hereby, on the matallment due date.day of
each month until the said note is fully paid, will pay to the Mortgagee ea truetee (under the terms of thia
truat as hereinafter stated) the following suma: -
(a) A sum equal to the ground rents, if any~ next due~ plus.the premiuma that will next becorae due and
- payable on policies o~ fire and other hazard inaurance covenng the mortgaged pr~operty, plus taaes ~
and aseessments next due on the mortgaged property (all as est~imsted by the Mortgagee and of
which the Mortgagor is notified) less all sums already peid therefor divided bp t6e number of months ~

menta will becwme delinquent, such sums to be held by Mortgagee in trust to p~y said ground renta,
