Archibald A. Munson, who being first duly sworn did depose and say:
l. That they are the Pastor and Clerk respectively of Evergreen

2. That attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein
is a true and correct copy of the By-Laws governing the Evergreen Independent
Missionary Baptist Church of Davenport, Florida, Inc. which, of your affiants'
personal knowledge, were-in full force a.nd effect on the 9th day of July, 1969.
3. That attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein
ia a true and correct copy of the minutee taken during the regular conference ~
meeting of the Evergreen Independent Missionary Baptist Church of Davenport,
Florida, Inc. which was held on the 30th_day of April, 1969.
4. That on the 9th day of July, 196 9, Dee Woo~en, ~G. T. Giddens
and William Lass~ter were the duly elected members of the Board of Trustees
: of the Evergreen Independent Missionary Baptist Church of Davenport, Florida,
~ Inc. and were actively servin~ as said trustees. _
