upon him power as such executor to administer my estate, excusing
him from givir~g any bond, or making any returns to any court. I
expressly corifer upon him full authority. and power to sell and convey
any part or all .of my estate, at public or private sale, with or " ~
without notice, as he may deem best, and without any order of court.
I authorize him to make good and sufficient conveyances to any pur-
chaser and to hold the proceeds of any sale to the same uses and ;
trusts as hereinbefore declared in the several items of this, ~y Will

borrow moneq for the uee of my said estate in any instance where he
