LUCIE ) ' THIS INDENTURE made and entered into on this L~*' day of Jt~l.y, 1970, by and between ROBERT .E. R06E and MARY M. ROSE, his wife, of the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, Grantors; and JAMES R.
