It is expreasly understood that the subordination by Norfolk
Dredging Compa.ny of a small portion of the real estate to First National
Baak of Stuar-t, shall not affect in any wise the lien of said mortgage upon the
other land thereby~conveyed and not hereby subordinated. ~
