RRSOLUTION NO. 70-61
WH8RSA8, the 3t. Lucis Cour~ty Planning and Zoning Commiasion,
after holding a public hearing of which due notice was published at .
least fifteen ~15) days prior to.said hearing and all property ownera
within 300 feet were notified by mail of said hearing has recom~nended

to the Board of County Commiss~oners of St. Lucie County that the here- ~
inafter described request for a change in zoning classification be . ~
GRANT$D, and
WH$RSAS, the Board of County Com~aissioners held a public hearing
on said recom~aaendation on August 4, 1970, after first publishing notice
of said-hearing in The News Tribune on the 14th day of July, 197.0,
said date being at least fifteen (15) days prior to the date of said
hearing:
- N~T~ T~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVSD by the Board of County Comm~issioners
of St. Lucie County in meeting assembled this 4th day of August, 1970, ~
