THIS DEED OF CONVEYANCE made the 24th day of March, A. D. . 1970.
~ by ALBERT T. MASON, as Executor of the Will of Kendrick Huntley, deceased,
DORIS LEE GOX, joined by her husband - Ji9ME.~ COX and ALBERT
G. MASON, joined by his wife ,~N~vE . MASON, the said DORIS LEE
COX and ALBERT G. ~MASON being the beneficiaries under the Will of Kendrick
~ Huntely, deceased, parties of the first part and MARY KATHERINE FEE, a minor.
as to an undivided one-half interest and for whom delivery hereof is being aGCepted
by Otis R. Parker,_ Jr. , as the guardian of her property, and JUDY FEE, as to
an undivided one-half interest, all being of the County of St. Lucie, State of
Florida and whose postoffice address is P. O. Box 1000, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450.

WHEREAS, the late Kendrick Huntley and the late Edna S. Huntley beiig
then and as husband and wife received title in an estate by the entirety to the here-
inafter described real property by deed from Florida Homesites Estates, Inc. .
, c~ted March 28, 1955, recorded in Deed Book 200 at page 135 of the public records 1
of St. Lucie County, Florida; and ~

WHFREAS, the marriage of said Kendrick Huntley and Edna S. Huntley, ~
his wife, was continuous and uninterrupted until the death of the said Edna S.
Huntley on June 25, 196?, leaving the said Kendrick Huntley as her surviving
spouse and the owner by survivorship of the hereinafter described real property; '

WHEREAS, the said .Kendrick Huntley died a widower and resident of ~
Broward County, Florida, leaving a Last Will and Testament Item III of which ~
is as follows: -
I hereby devise in equal shares all of the real
property which .I may own at the time of my death
wheresoever situated, including all real property
which I may .acquire, become entitled to after the
execution of this Will, to DORIS LEE COX and
ALBERT G. MASON. -
and which Will appointed Albert T. Mason the Executor thereof; and
WHEREAS, the Last Will and Testament of the late Kendrick Huntley was
admitted to probate and record in the County Judge's Court in and ~or Broward
County, Florida, in probate, Case No. 31532, and Letters Testamentary thereon
duZy issued to the said Albert T. Mason who is now and has been the duly qualified
and acting Executor of said will; and,
~ WHEREAS, on Januar 26, 1970 the Honorable Geor e Richardson Jr. ~

as Judge of the County Judge's Court, Broward County, Florida did enter an
Order in said probate proceeding authorizing and directing the Executor to
execute a Warranty Deed for the sale of the hereinafter described proper.ty, for
the sum of One Hundred Dollars (~100. 00), less expenses of sale.
