WITNESSETH: That the Grantors for and in consideration of the sum
of One Hundred Dollars (a100. 00) and other valuab2e considerations, receipt
whereoi ~is hereby acknowledged. hereby grant. bargain, sell, alien, remise.
release, convey and contYrm unto the Grantees, all that certain land situate
in St. Lucie County. Florida, viz. :
Lot 9, Block "P". as shown on the Plat of
~Harmony Heights Addition, as per plat
~ thereof on file in Plat Book 8 at page 38,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
TOGETHER WITH all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or anywise appertaining.
~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the said Albert T. Mason as Executor, aforesaid, solely covenants
with said Grantees that in all things about this sale, he, as Executor, has con- -
formed to the Orders of Court and the Laws of Florida in such cases provided;
and the~said Doris Lee Cox and Albert G. Mason hereby covenant with.said
Grantees that they are lawfully seized of said land in fee simple under the Will
of Kendrick Huntley, deceased; that they have good right and lawful authority to
sell and convey said land; and that they will defend the same against the lawful
claims of all per.sons whomsoever claiming by, through or under them sub-
sequent to the probate of the Will of Kendrick Huntley, deceaaed; and that said
land is free of all encumbrances except taxes accruing subsequent to December
31, 1969. ~ -
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Grantors have executed this Deed the
