IN ADDiT10N TO THE COVENANTS HEREINAFTER SET OUT THE MORTGAGEE AND MORTGAit'aORS -
COVENANT AND AGREE THAT:
~ (t) The MORTGAGOit herein shall make within days of the due date, the payments called
