If any one or all of the aforesaid payments ~emain unpaid for a per+od of 7 dsya or more, then the MOR~GAGEE can at the12' option, without further notioe ckclare the balance due under this mortgage due and payable in full at onoe and forthwit~ place the matter in the hands of an aftorney for oollection or er~forcemer~t.
