WHEREAS, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CO RPORATION, a Delaware corporation,
authorized to do business in the State of Florida, is the owner of the following
described property, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to
wit: PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION FORTY-ONE, a subdivision in St. Lucie County,
Florida, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book /s', at Page 3 s
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and,
WNEREAS, the property above described is not subject to restrictions
and limitations of record; and
WNEREAS, it is now desired by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, to
place restrictions and limitations on record as to the use of each of the
lots located in said subdivision less and except all tracts shown thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, GENERAL DEYELOPMENT CORPORATION does hereby declare
that each of the said lots are hereby restricted as follows:
1. All lots in all blocks shall be known and described as single family
residence lots, and no structure shall be constructed or erected on
any single family residence lot other than one single family dwelling
not to exceed two (2) stories in height.

No single family residence lot listed in this paragraph shall be
~ resubdivided into building lots having less than ten ttiousand (10,000)
