to the undersigned in hand paid, the receipt of which
is hereby ackno~ledged, we hereby release the property hereinaf ter
described from a certain lien arising out of that certain contract
dated February 20, 1959, by and between North 8each Water Company.
a Florida corporation, and Navillus Development Corporation, a
Florida corporation, as recorded in Deed Book 245, Page 596, and
re-recorded i~ Lien Book on September 27, 1960, and revised
Agreement recorded in Book 78 at Page 497~ of the official
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein North Beach Water ~
Company agreed to furnish water and perf orm other things in con-
nection with the water installation in the Subdivision of Coral
Cove 8each under certain terms and conditions. Said property,
situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, is described as f ollows:
