5. Mechanics' Liena. All persons are put upon ~otice ;

behalf of the Leasee ehall ever, under any circumatances, have !
the power to aubject tha interest of the Lessor in the premises :
to any mechanics' or m~tariaLner~l~ lien of any kind and all .per- ;
sons dealinq with the Leasoe or Developer acting on behalf of ;
the Lessee ar~ hereby putt upon notice that they must look~wholly
to the interests of the Leseee in the demised premises and not t
