This note is secured by a mortgage of even date herewith
and the terms of said m4rtgage are by this reference made a part
hereof.
* Notwithstanding the interest rate herein provided for, in the event
the New York prime interest .rate is increased, the fnte~est rate of this Note
shall be one~ and one-half percent (1-1/2%) above the New York prime interest
rate, provided, however, the interest rate shall in no event exceed the maximum
~ rate allowed by law.
