cent (39~) per annum, ehall be pa~yable by tbe Mortgagor to tbe Mortgagee on
demand and eball be aecured by thie Mortgage.
4. No building or other etructure or improvement, Piature or per-
sonal property mortgaged bereby ahall,be removed or demoliehed without
~he prior written conaent of tbe Mortgagee. Tbe Mortgagor will not make,
permit or auffer any alteration oY or~addition to any building or otber I
structure or improvement now or wbich ~nay hereafter be erected or°inetalled ~
upon the mortgaged property, or any part tbereof, eacept tbe improvemente
required to be made pursuant to Paragraph 3~bereo~, Dor will~tbe Mortagor
use, or permit or euffer~tbe use of, any of the mortgaged property for~any
purpoee other tban the purpoee or purposes for wbich the same fe now in-
tended to•be used, without the prior written coneent of the Mortgagee.
The Mortgagor will maintain the mortgaged propsrty in good condition and
state of repair and will not euffer or permit any waete to any part tbereoi, ~
and will promptly comply witb all the requirement'e of Federal, etate and ~
local governmenta, or of any departmente, divieione or bureaue thereot, ~
pzrtaining to euch'property or any part tbereot. . ~
5. The Mortgagor will not voluntarily create, or permit or euPfer to
be created or to e$iat, on or against tbe mortgaged property, or any part
thereof, any lien euperior to tbe lien of thie Mortgage, eaclueive of tbe

forth in the granting clauee above, and will keep and maintain tbe same

E (a) Tbe Mortgagor will keep all buildinge, otber etructures and

fire and other bazarde, caeualties aDd contingencies, in eucb amounte and
~anner, and for such periode, all ae may be required Yrom time to time by
~ne Mortgagee. Unleae otberwiae required by the Mortgagee, all sucb in-
surance ahall be eYfected by Standard Fire and Sstended Caverage Insurance
