The followinq By-Laws shall qovern the operation of the
Condominium known as OUTDOOR RESORTS AT NETTLES ISI.A.~TD, INC.,
a condominium, described and n~?ed in the Declaration of Con-
dominium to which these By-Laws are attached; 0UTD00R RESORTS '

AT NETTLES ISLAND, INC., a Coadominium, beinq a Florida Corpor- ~ -
ation not for profit, orqanized and existinq p~rsuant to ~
Chapter 711, Florida Statutes, as amended, kr?own as the Condo-

Section 1. The office of the Association shall be at the .
Cor.domir?ium property, or at such other place as may be subse- ,
quently ~esiqnated by the Board of Directors. . - ,
Section 2. The Seal of the Corporation shall bear the
name of the Corporation, ti~e word "Florida", the words "Corpor-
ation tiot ~or Profit", and the year of incorporation.
Section 3. As used herein, the word "Corporation, snall
be tlze equivalent of "Associatio:~", as defi~ed in the Declara-
tion of Condomir,fum to which these By-Laws are attachea, and
all ot::er words, as used herein, sY~.all have the same definit:ca
as attributed to them in the Dec2aration of Condominiu:a to
