Section 5. Proxies. Votes may be cast in person or by
proxy. Al1 proxies ehall be in writinq and siqned by the person~ ;
entitled to vote (as set forth below in Soction 6), and shall be
filed with the Secretary prior to the mootinq in wh2ch they are
to be used, and shall be valid only for the particular meetinq

designated therein. Where a unit is owned jointly by a husband
and wife, and if they have not desiqnated o~e of them as a Votinq

Member, a proxy must be~signed by both husbar~d and wife where a
third person is desiqnated. ~ : ~ , -
Section 6. Designation of Voting :~ember. If a condorninium
~u~nit is owned_by one person, his riqht to vote shall be estab-

lished by the recorded titlo to the unit. If a condominium unit
is owned by more than one person, the person entitled to cast s~~~'`
the vote for the unit shall be designated in a Certificate siqr~ed

by all of the racorded owners of :he unit and filed with the ,
~ Secretary of the Association. If a condominium unit is owned
by a Corporation, the officer or employee thereof entitled to '

one person or by a Corporation, the vote of the ur~it aoncerned
shall not be considered in deterr.uning t2~e requirement for a •
quorum, or for ar~y.purpose requirinq the approval of a person

~ entitled to cast the vote for the u.-~it, except if said unit is
owned by a husband and wife. Such Certificates shall be valid
~ until revoked, or ur~til superseded by a subsequent Certificate,
or until a change in the ownersh+p of the unit concerned. If a;.'~'
