one is present at a meeting, the person pre~ent may cast.the unit
vote, just as thouqh he or she owned the unit individually, and '
without establishinq the concurrence of the absent person.
ARTICLE II - A. NlEETIIvGS OF TIiE A~MBERSHIP •

Section l. Place All meetings of corporation membership .
shall be hald at thQ condominium property, or at such other place
and time as shall be desiqnated by the Board of Directors of the ~ ;

Section ~Iotices It shall be the duty of the Secretary,
to mail a votice of each annual or special meeting, stating the

Section 3. Order of IIusiness The order of business at
annua?1 members' meetinqs, and, as far as practical to all other .

(c) Proof of notice of ineeting or waiver of~notice ,
(d) Reading and disposal of any unapproved rainutes ~ ~
