ARTICLE XV. LIENS. .
Section l. Protection of Property All liens aqainst a

special assessments, or as provided for in Article VYI; Section 2
hereof, shall.be satisfied or otherwise removed within 30 days of
the date the liQn attaches. Al1 taxes and special assessments
~ upon a_condominium unit shall be paid before becominq delinquent,
as provided in these condominium documents, or by law, whichever
