tereats being hereinafter collectively called tbe "mortgaged property").

the Mortgagee, its aucceeaore_and assigna forever for the p~rpoeee and usee
herein set forth. -
AND the Mortgagor further covenanta and agrees with the Mortgagee, as

1. The Mortgagor will promptly pay the principal of and intereat on
~he indebtedneas evidenced~by the Note, and all other-cbargea and indebted-
ness provided therein and in this Mortgage, at the t~mes and in tbe manner
provided in the Note and in thia Mortgage. ~
2. The Mortgagor will pay when due, as hereinafter provided, all
ground renta, if any, a~d all taxes, aseea+emente, water rates and other
governmental cbargea, finea and impoaitiona, of every kind and nature
whatsoever, now or hereafter impoaed on tbe mortgaged property, or a~y part
, thereof, and will pay when due every amount of indebtedneea aecured by any
~ lien to which the lien of this Mortgage ia expreasly eub-ject.

moneys advanced in full to the Mortgagor by the Mortgagee as or on account
