~•:r:tten statenent in ~orm satisfactory to the Mortgagee, signed by the
:~iortgagor and duly acknowledged, of the amount then owing on the Note and
other indebtedness secured by this Mortgage, and whether any offsets or
4efenses exist against such indebtedness or any part thereof.
16. ~he Mortgagor will give immediate notice by registered or
certified mail to the Mortgagee of any.fire, da.mage or othez casualty
aifecting the mortgaged property, or of any conveyance, transfer or ehange ~
:n ownership of such property, or any par~ thereof.. '
17. Idotice and denand or request may be made in writing and may be
~erved in person or by mail.
18. In case of a foreclosure sale of the mortgaged property it may

19. ~he Niortgagor will not assi~n the rents, if any, in whole or in
~art, from the nortgaged property, or any part thereof, without the prior
