RELEASS AND SATISFACTION
KN~W ALL MEN 8Y THSS~ PRESENTS:
WHSRSAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to ~s fhe "mortqaqor",
by Indenture bearinq date og September 26, 1968, and recosded in
the office ot the Clerk ot the Cfrcuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State og Florida, fn.Official Record Book 173, paqe
2654, granted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank, '
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqaqee", and !
its assiqns, the preiaises therein particular2y descrfbed, to secure
the paya?ent~of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand (S300,000) Dollars,
~ with.interest as therefn mentioned.
AND WHBREAS, the said mortgaqor has requea ted the said
mortqaqee to release the premises hereinafter described,.beinq
part of said mortgaqed premises, from the lien and operatioa of
said mortgage.
_ NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortqagee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand (~2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledged, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharqe from the lien and operation of said
mortqage unto the said~mortgaqor, its successors and assigns, that
certain portion oE the~premises conveyed by said mortqaqe, more '

said Clerk's Office in Plat Book 14, paqe 44, to which
C.A.~vr~s. - Place specific reference is hereby raade for a specific
description of the property released.
TO HAVE AND TO IiOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, .
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortcaqe,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothinq
herein contained shall in anywise i.mpair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaininq part
_of said mortqaqed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or an~r of
the riqhts and remedies of the holder thereof. ~
