St. Lucie County.
I, the undersigned owner of a 37 1/29i6, interest in a purchase
money mortgage (and of the indebtedr~ess secut~ed by it) made by
MILLHESS, INC. , A District of Columbia corporation,- for $75, 000. 00
and a separate promissory note of $37, 500.00, on the 24th day of
july, 1970, and recorded in O. R. Book 186, at peqe 94, of the public
records of St. Lucie Cnunty, Florida, f~or valuable considerations, do
assign and transfer all of my interest in the above described mortgege
and indebtedness to the FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PZERCE, Fort
Pierce, Florlda. . .
The terms o# this assignment shall be until the certain promissory R
note (or any extension or renewal thereofj dated Auqust 14, 19~0, made,
executed and delivered by SPENCER B. GILBERT for the sum of $37, SQ0.00,
plus interest at 8.1/'29b per annum from the date of said note, shall have been
fully paid, at which time this assiqnment is to be fully satisfied, canceled
and released, and the payment in full of said $37, 500.00 note shall con- ~
stitute a release of this assignment. _

This assignment is given as additional securi~y for the performance
of each and all of the obligations o# said $37,500.00 note.
It is expressly covenanted and agreed by SPENCER B. QLBERT, as
assignor, that at the time_of the execution and at the time of the delivety
of this assiqnment there has been no anticipation or pre-payment of his
37 1/2% interest in the above described mortgaqe and indebtedness,
