stipulations, agreeinents, conditions and covenants of •aid pro-
missory note and of this mortqage, then this Mortqage and the
estate hereby created shall cease and be null and void.
AND the Mortgagor, for itself, its successora and assigns, hereby
covenants~and aqrees: _
1) To pay all and singular the principal and interest and other
sums of money_payable by vi~tue of said prowiseory note and this
Mortqaqe, or either, promptly on the days, reapectively, the same
severally become due. ~ - ~
2) To pay all and sinqular the taxes, assessments, levies, •
liabilities, obliqations and encumbrances of every nature on said
property, each and every, and if the same be not promptly paid, the
Mortgagees, their heirs and assigns, may, at any time, pay the same_
without~waiving or affectinq the option to foreclose, or any riqht
hereunder, and every payment so made shall bear interest fran the
date thereof at the rate of six and one-half (6 1/2$) per cent per
annwa.
3) To pay all and.sinqular the costs,, chgrges and expenses,
includinq lawyer's fees reasonably incurred or paid, at any time,
by the Mortqagees, their heirs and assiqns, because of the failure
on the part of the Mortqaqor, ita-successors and assiqns, to per- .
form, comply with and abide by each and ever~ the stipulations, a- .
qreements, conditions and covenants of said prwnissory note and
this Mortqage, or either, and every such payment. shall bear interest
from date at the rate of six and one-half ( 6 1/2$) per cent per
annwa. ~
4) To permit, commit or suffer no waste, impairment or deteriora-
tion of said property, or any part thereof exceptinq, however, that
the doing of either or both of the followinq by the Mortqaqor, to-
wit: ~ ~ ~
A) The excavation and diqqing of canals and the creation
~ ~ o€ artificial lakes or waterwaysi or

B) -The removal and transfer of soil, rock or muck from
. one area of the mortqaqed property to another area oriqinally
. - encumbered by this Mortgage~ ~
will not constitute waste, i.mpairment or deterioration of the mort-
gaged property by the Mortqaqor. ' _
5) To perform, comply with and abide by each and every the
stipulations, agreements, conditions, covenants in said promissory
note, arid in this Mortqaqe set forth.
6) If any of said sums of money herein refer=ed to be not
promptly and ~fully paie~ within thirty (30) days next after the same
severally become due and paysble, or if each and every the stipula-
tians, agreements, conditions and covenants of said promissory note,
and this Mortgaqe, or either, are not ~fully performed,, cvznplied with
and abided by, the sum stated in said promissory note shall beco~ne
due and payable forthwith or thereafter at the option of the Mort-
gagees, their heirs and assiqns, as fully and completely as if the
said sum stated in the promissory note secured hereby was oriqinally
stipulated to be paid on such _date, anythinq in said promissory _
note or herein to the contrary notwithstandinq.
7) The Mortgaqees have accepted this Mortqage and the note it ~
secures with the understandinq that the Mortqaqor will never be per-
sonally liable for the payment of any sume whataoever by reason of
the makinq of the note secured hereby and the within Mortqaqe, or
