next after the same becanes due, then, at the ap~ian of the holder
- hereof, the full amount ~emaining~due upon~this note shall thereupon
becane due and oayable at once, together with all other indebtedness
stipulated in this note and in the mortgage given to secure the same.
The maker and_endorser agr~es to pay all costs of collection,~
including a reasonable attorney's fee in case t~ie principal of this .
note or any payment on the principal or any interest thereon is not . -
- paid at the respective maturity thereof, or in case it.becames
