To promptly pay each and every installment hereunder as the ~ ~ same becomes due, time of paymeirts being of the essence. 6. The parties of the second part shall keep and maiirtain, through- out the life of thia Agreement, a policy of fire and extended coverage insurance upon the above described property in the minimum of ~8, 000. 00; such policy ROYCE R LEWIS to name as losa payees the parties of the first part.
