being first duly sworn deposes and says as follaws:
That he knows of his own knowledge that Vl~RLIS L. PINRSTONE,
named as Grantee in that certain Warranty Deed recorded.in OR Book
183, Paqe 2414, Public Recorde of St. Lucie County, Florfda, as a
sinqle adult was in fact at the-time of the delivery and acceptance
of said Deed, a married woman and is still married at the date of

That the inclusion of the worde "sinqle adult" after her
name "VSRLI$ L. PINRSTON$" was a scrivener's error. This Affidavit
is made in con~nection with the land lying and beinq situate in ~
