this date upon pla3.ntiff•s complaint for divorce and upon
the defendant's counterclaim and answer thereto, and the Court
having heard~the testimony of plaintiff and his witness and ~
the defendant havinq presented no.evidence as to the counter-
clai.~ and the Court havinq received a written stipulation
~ entered into by e parties and having ~a'

that the defendant desires to assiqn any interest~ahe had in
a certain agreement for deed entered into between the plain-

~ tiff and defendant and Louis C. Liberatore and Cleta Liberatore,

his wife, to the plaintiff, Thomas Kean~;,and the Court find-
ing it has jurisdiction over the parties and to the subject
matter herein and further finding that the defendant and the ,
plaintiff are presently listed as the purchasers and parties
of the second part in a certafn contract for deed dated the
5th day of April, 1965, and shvwing also Louis C. Liberatore ~
and Cleta Liberatore as the sellers or parties of the first
part conveyinq an interest in the following described property

~ located in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lots 13~ and 14 of Block 31, Sunland Gardens .as per •
plat thereof on file in Plat Book page ~
