RELEASE PROVISION
PROVIDED no default exists under this mortgaqe,
the Note hereby secured, or the~Loan Agreement e~cecuted ~
simultaneously herewith, incorporated herein by reference.
party of the first part reserves the riqht to have released
from the lien and operation of this mortgage any of the lots
herein specifically described upon payment of the sum of
$3,000.00 aqainst the principal indebtedness hereby secured _
for each lot or portion thereof so released.
Payments for such release will be credited aqainst
the next maturinq installment of principal. The aforesaid

the first part to a release from not only the lien of this
