WHBREAS,~SARGEAI~T CITRUS PRODUCTS, INC., as Mortgagor
by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date~the 21st daq of
February, 1966, and recorded in the office of the C~erk of
the Circuit Court,~in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in
