PARTIAL RELFASE OF CHATTEL IrqR1~GAGE

WHEREAS, SAR~GEANT CITRUS PRiODUCTS, INC., as Mortgagor, ~ '
by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 2~7t~ day of
May ~ 1966 , and recorded in the office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court, In and For St. Lucie County,
F~orida, in Official Reoord Book 147 , page 158 , granted.and
conveyed unto
JAMES TALCOTT, INC:, as Mortgagee, and~its Assigns, _
the Crops and chattels therein particularly described; and
WHEREAS, the said Mortgagor has requested of JAMES
TALCOTT, INC., in consideration of the sum of $10.00 to it.in
hand paid at the time of the execution hereof, does remise;
release, qycit claim, exonerate- and discharge fram the lien and ~
operation of the aforesaid Chattel Mortgage only zhat certain
personal property more particularly described as follaiws:

containing 240 acres; sub3~t to all righta of
