HomeMy WebLinkAbout2429 ~ - ~ ~ decree of sal• all expe~ditures an8 expenses, toqether with interest t thereon at the rate of eiqht per cent (B$) per annum, which may be paid or incurred by or-on bahalf of the Mortgagee for attorneys' fees, Mortgaqee's fee, appraiaers' fees, outlays for exhibits at- , ~ t tached to pleadinqs, docwaentary and expert evidence, stenoqr~pher's ~ fees, other fees or commissions, court costs, publication coata and costs (which may be estimated and include items to be expended after. the entry of the decree) of procurinq all such ak~stracts of title, title searches, examinations and reports, guaranty policies, ( and similar data and assurances with respect to title as Mortgaqee may reasonably deem necessa~y either to pros~cute such suit or to evidence to-bidders at any sale held pursuant to such decree the true title to or value of said property; all of which aforesaid amounts, together with interest as herein provided, shall be im- mediately due and payable by the Mortgagor in connection with ~ (a) any proceeding, includinq bankruptcy proceedinqs, to which either party hereto shall be a party by reason of this martqaqe or the Note hereby secured; or (b) preparations for the conunencement of _ any suit for the foreclosure thereof after the accrual of the right to foreclose, whether or not actually commenced; (c) preparations for ; the defense of, or intervention in, any suit or groceeding or any ~ ' . ~ threatened or contemplated suit or proceedings, which might effect ~ the mortgaged property or the security thereof.
